- Certified copies of diplomas
- Academic transcripts
- Up-to-date curriculum vitae
- Cover letter (max. 2 pages)
- Copy of a valid identity document
- 2 recommendation letters (PhD: 3 letters + research project)
- Application fee payment receipt
